Return Policy

Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. offers 15-day fully-functional trial versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase. Based on this practice, Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. does not accept returns on its products purchased directly from Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. or indirectly through a SIMMS Software Business Partner, once products have either been shipped from Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. or downloaded from our website, or indirectly through Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. or SIMMS Business Partners.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Bundled Software

Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. does not accept returns on products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of a software compilation. Bundled software is also subject to the End User Agreement bundled with the software.

Services

Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. does not accept returns on its services—technical support, maintenance contracts, professional services, product customizations, website and estore redesign services—that are sold to customers. This also applies to Symbol support and maintenance plans as they are NON-Transferable. ALL sales are final.

Hosted Software

Hosted Software solutions such as the SIMMS Software Citrix Hosted packages and ASP.NET Storefront solutions are NON-Refundable and due in advance. We reserve the right to cancel service due to late or missed payments. ALL sales are final. Hosted software is also subject to the End User Agreement bundled with the software.

Hardware

Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. does not accept returns on hardware. ALL sales are final. No product may be returned, whether as defective or for exchange, without a Return Authorization Number obtained from your Account Manager.

All Return Authorization Numbers expire ten days after issuance. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Authorized Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.

Dispute

Kornyk Computer Solutions International, Inc. must be advised of any defective product(s) and/or disputed invoice(s) in writing within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to notify KCSI of any disputed and/or defective goods constitutes a complete waiver of any and all such disputes.
